Metroid: Other M Panel of Puzzle Mii Started
Now I have four different panels of puzzles in Puzzle Mii. It is kind of cool, but at the same time now when I buy puzzle pieces using my coins earned from walking with my 3DS I end up with random doubles from three different puzzles. It would be nice if you could choose what puzzle you want to buy a piece for. Of course, it would be even better if you could not end up with doubles, but then again maybe not because I would be done with the puzzles too quick.

Kongregate Badge of the Day: Knee Deep in the Undead
The Kongregate Badge of the Day for Wednesday, April 27, 2011 is the Knee Deep in the Undead Badge. This is a Medium rated badge for the game Zombie Rampage. To get the badge you have to kill 200 zombies in survival mode. For getting this Badge of the Day you get 17 Gamestop PowerUp Reward Points.
Killing 200 zombies in survival mode is very easy using the GAU-8 (under mini guns) and spending the rest on upgrading base HP twice and your HP once. I did not even try to conserve the fire power and mostly just held down the button and moved it around to kill the zombies. Might not work out well if you want a high score, but effective enough to easily get the Knee Deep in the Undead achievement.

Got my 3rd Puzzle Mii puzzle Started
My brother went to a StreetPass event last weekend that I unfortunately could not make it to. He got two new puzzles started and I got to still benefit from that when I StreetPassed with him. The third puzzle for me is the New Super Mario Bros. Wii panel, which is more interesting than the Pikmin one that I am still trying to get the final piece of using coins.

The Kongregate Badge of the Day for Tuesday, April 26, 2011 is the Resourceful Badge. This is an Easy rated badge for the game Cactus McCoy. To get the badge you have to defeat 10 enemies with 10 different weapons. For getting this Badge of the Day you get 6 Gamestop PowerUp Reward Points.
This is certainly an easy badge to get. You just have to play through a few levels switching to new weapons whenever you find them to use and kill at least one enemy with it before choosing to use another weapon. I got this with the first weapon from the 3rd level, but probably possible to do in only 2 levels.

Beat Find Mii 2nd Time and Collected Ultimate Hat
This morning I finally finished off the final ghost in Find Mii and rescued my Mii for the 2nd time. For rescuing the Mii the second time you get the Ultimate Hat, which completes the StreetPass hat collection.

The Kongregate Badge of the Day for Saturday, April 22, 2011 is the Spelunking Specialist Badge. This is a Hard rated badge for the game Hack Slash Crawl. To get the badge you have to reach the 15th dungeon floor. For getting this Badge of the Day you get 33 Gamestop PowerUp Reward Points.
This certainly is a hard badge, but I do not know how hard because two of the four times I have tried so far I failed because my stupid multi touchpad mouse caused me to leave the game and their is no save function. The other two times it was the type of spells I used at start. I have found the most useful is to have the Ignite, which you get as a Magus. There is also some luck involved based on what you get as drops.

The Kongregate Badge of the Day for Thursday, April 21, 2011 is the Roboslayer Badge. This is an Easy rated badge for the game Bot Arena 3. To get the badge you have to defeat 10 opponents in career or challenge mode. For getting this Badge of the Day you get 6 Gamestop PowerUp Reward Points.
I did not understand the clicking and dragging mouse controls at first because I skipped the instructions and was trying to control the robot with arrow keys. I still do not like the actual controls, but at least once I read the instructions I could beat the early opponents no problem. I still lost several times on the second and third levels, but it does not matter that you lose and the opponents beat count keeps accumulating even if you lose in between beating opponents.

Levelling Up and Max Level Info for 3DS StreetPass Find Mii Game
When you meet a new Mii in StreetPass on the Nintendo 3DS and use them in Find Mii they start as a Level 1 hero. Each time you StreetPass them they level up one level. However, they only level up to Level 7. If you buy heroes, they will always only be Level 1 or 2.
A Mii does 1 damage per level per hit, so the higher level Miis will help you get through Find Mii faster. Plus, a Level 1 is useless against an armored ghost, as they take one less damage per hit. Basically, a level 7 hero can do 3 hits of 7 damage each (6 against an armored ghost). However, the attacks can miss and do no damage. Also, they can do a critical hit, which does three times as much damage (i.e. 21 damage for a level 7!).

Unlocked Toad Hat in Find Mii
I got the Toad Hat today in Find Mii when I beat the 10th room on my second time through. Only a few more hats and rooms to go. Wonder if StreetPassing will be as interesting when I am done. I can at least dream for more content to be added as part of later system updates, right? Still got several puzzles to try to even start, too.

I am surprised this is not an Easy rated badge, but I am not complaining about the extra points I get for it being rated Medium. Only took me about 5 minutes to wander through the maze of passageways and find all 49 sprite droppings. Only hard part is that you need to make sure you collect all 10 of the ones before the lights go out, as they are not available after it gets dark. Do not stay with the group, but rather wander off up to the top left to get the ones not on the path. In the dark part just go down every little passage and collect them and you will have them all in no time.

Just by playing a while you end up hitting bees, but if you are good at controlling the geek you can hit them more often and get the achievement faster. Definitely an easy badge anyone can get and probably in no more than 15 minutes even if you do not really try to hit the bees.

My 1st Random StreetPass and a New Puzzle!!!
I am excited that today I finally got my first random StreetPass. I have been carrying my 3DS with me everywhere I go since I got it including baseball games, the mall, the movies, etc. I kept hoping I would get a StreetPass. This morning I even tried to get one at WalMart with the display model, but it would not turn on. Then this afternoon I checked StreetPass because I knew I just repassed my brother and was excited to found that while I had been out at CostCo I had passed another 3DS.
Getting my first StreetPass from a random person is exciting for me, but the more exciting part is that they had different panels of puzzles besides the Kirby one. Thus I got to start anther puzzle (Pikmin). They actually had three panels, but it does not tell you what they are except show pieces you already have (i.e. I saw his completed Kirby). Thus while I could choose what piece I wanted, I could not know what one I was starting. I do not care, though, as I am just happy with the StreetPass and starting a new puzzle panel is a fun bonus.
