Pirate Hat - 2nd hat I unlocked in Find Mii II, but cannot remember what room. If someone remembers, let me know and I will credit you with helping complete this part of the guide with your name linking to a website of your choice (must be clean website) if you want.
Top Hat - Hat unlocked after beating the Bewitching Bog - East (top path) in Find Mii II

Floral Hat - Unlocked after beating the Forest of Sorrow - Exit room for the first time in Find Mii II.
Cheeseburger Hat - Unlocked after beating the Mount Malice - East room for the first time in Find Mii II.
Epona Hat - Unlocked after beating the Castle of Darkness - Courtyard room for the first time in Find Mii II.
Donkey Kong Hat - Unlocked after beating the Castle of Darkness - Throne Room first time in Find Mii II.
Prince's Crown - Unlocked after beating Dark Lord for the first time in final room of Find Mii II.
Warp Pipe Hat - Unlocked after beating Perilous Prairie - Entrance the first time in Find Mii II Secret Quest.
Tomato Hat - Unlocked after beating Merciless Mountain - East (top path) on my 1st time through Find Mii II Secret Quest

The screenshots of the hats were very helpful, thanks. However, you should've noted that you received a lot of those hats during the SECRET Quest, which is different from the second playthrough of the regular Find Mii 2 game. I wanted that cute bear hat badly and played through the regular Find Mii 2 a second time just to find out it's for the Secret Quest, and was a little disappointed, as I wasted a lot of play coins for nothing (yes I unlocked a lot of new hats in the process, but you know what I mean). Otherwise, good job. :)
