Nintendo Wii Screenshots: Wii Sports Resort - Cycling

The eleventh event on Wii Sports Resort is Cycling. It is okay, but the controls are not all that realistic seeming. Also, I hate that your Mii can wear out and it is not related to you actually wearing out. It makes it too non-innovative video game like. Basically I expect it to be as realistic as it can be and not adding stupid things like you have to rest when your arms are not tired. I also do not like that versus mode can only be played against another actual person and not a computer Mii. It is rather annoying that so many of the events have this issue.

The newest Battle of the Bands Challenge is called The Delicious Bassist Battle. It is a bass guitar battle. The songs are "Cups and Cakes" and "Sweetness." The challenge is ranked by longest streak. I could not play this challenge because both songs must be purchased.

Nintendo Wii Screenshots: New Everybody Votes Polls and Results August 29, 2009

The newest National poll results are in for Is purchasing bottled water a luxury expense or a convenience? The majority (61.6%) said Convenience. The gender breakdown was 61.6% of males and 61.6% of females saying a Convenience. The National Prediction Accuracy was 66.4%.

Did you vote with the majority? Was your prediction correct?

The newest National poll is Do you read the Sunday morning comics in the newspaper? I do not. I am predicting most will vote No. At least it is not a Star Wars poll.

The newest Battle of the Bands Challenge is called Partying Bassist Battle. It is a general battle (i.e. you can play any instrument and I think you can even play as a band). The songs are "Hysteria" and "Souls of Black." The challenge is ranked by longest streak and no failure is allowed. I could not play this challenge because "Hysteria" is a song that has to be purchased.

The tenth sport on Wii Sports Resort is Canoeing. The canoeing event is pretty fun racing the different levels to get to a certain distance before the time runs out. What I do not like, though, is vs mode does not work unless you have two real people and Wii remotes to race. I really wish it could be done on my own against computer Miis. It is still a good event though and the rowing with a paddle motion is pretty realistic, however a few times it would get messed up and think I was rowing on the side opposite of what I was actually doing.

The newest National poll results are in for If you could speak to any country's leader, which topic would you prefer to discuss? The majority (58.4%) said Global issues. The gender breakdown was 57.8% of males and 59.3% of females saying A team-sport win. The National Prediction Accuracy was 62.3%.

The newest National poll is Where did you first see Star Wars Episode IV? At home or At the movies. I voted for at home, since I am too young to have seen it in the theater. Anyone else getting tired of all these Star Wars polls, though? It is really getting annoying.

The songs are "I Don't Want to Go to School" and "New Kid in School." You have to play at Medium or higher difficulty. The challenge is ranked by highest star count. I could not play this challenge because "I Don't Want to Go to School" is a song that has to be purchased.
