Map 4 Final Prize - Diamond Box
From the box at the end of Map 4, I got Christmas Sally, which leveled her up to Level 3 for me.
Map 5 Final Prize - Diamond Box
I got Moonstone Jack Skellington from the Diamond Box at the end of Map 5.
Rainbow Falls Final Prize - Winter Box
From the Winter Box at the end of Rainbow Falls, I got Santa Jack, which leveled him up to Level 4.
