Map 5 Final Prize - Diamond Box
From the Diamond Box at the end of Map 5, I got Bob Cratchit Kermit, which leveled him up to Level 3.
Rainbow Falls Final Prize - Creation Box
I got Spring Flute Mickey from the Creations Box at the end of Rainbow Falls
