This badge took some time (about 30 mins), but it is not too difficult. Level up faster by focusing on the objectives that give XP in the levels. Also, having a lot of lives leftover after each level really helps your XP go up.
As always if you already have the badge, just go to the game and you will be awarded the extra points.
