Nintendo DS Screenshots: Crayola Treasures Adventures

This is a fun video game for keeping young kids entertained, especially when traveling. It is easy to play and has decent depth to it. It also has fun colorful graphics that make it much more appealing than the Interactive Storybook Series that is another good travel game for kids that I posted about here. Nintendo Wii Video Clip: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Here is my video clip of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Wii. Oddly enough seeing the video of it the graphics do not see quite so dark. Apparently the camcorder has better night vision than me.

Nintendo Wii Screenshots: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Wii is not horrible, but I did find the graphics kind of dark and hard to see what you were doing in the early levels I attempted. This frustrated me and made me give up on this game pretty quickly. At least the controls do use the Wii capabilities pretty well. Click on the screenshots below to see a larger version of them.

Gamecube Video Clip: Burnout

Below is a video clip of me playing Burnout. Entertaining at first, but the game gets boring way too quickly.

Gamecube Screenshots: Burnout

This is an okay racing game, but not as fun as the burnout game where you can crash and try to get the highest damage score. Do not know what one that is and even if it ever came out on Gamecube, but it is a fun one I have played on XBox. Click the screenshots below to see a larger version of the images.

Gamecube Video Clip: Disney Sports Soccer

I am trying to get back in the habit of posting on all my blogs daily, but it is not happening and unfortunately this is the one that ends up suffering the most. Partly this is due to it being one of my lowest earners and being unemployed right now I focus mostly on my two blogs I can guarantee getting paid to write on. This one does bring in some money from PPP and Google Ads, but lately PPP has been darn near impossible to get oppurtunities for because this site lost its page rank and it is hosted on blogspot. Also, I have not been playing video games as much and there just is not as many reasons to keep me actively working on this blog unlike my other blogs. My other low earner like this one is Postcards from Antarctica and since working on saving up to go back to Antarctica and write a book with the same name as the blog is something I still want to do it motivates me to try harder to update it regularly. That said I am not abandoning this blog just yet, but just saying that at this point it will likely stay at being updated only a few times a week and sometimes maybe only once a week.

So for today here is the video clip I did of Disney Sports Soccer for Gamecube.

Gamecube Screenshots: Disney Sports Soccer

I like the concept of this game being Disney and I like the sport of soccer, but I have never been able to figure out how to play soccer effectively using console controllers. It is just too complex and this kids version does not make it any easier. I think I will stick to the easy Backyard Soccer for computer as the only soccer video game I can play. The graphics are fun, though, and it is decent if you are the kind of person who can play sports games using a console controller like the Gamecube controller, but that is not me.
