Nintendo Wii Screenshots: Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party

This weekend I got this game for my Wii. It is one of the few games I actually bought without even trying. I love the Mario one I recently got for the Gamecube and decided to just buy this version, so I now also have two Dance pads. I played it today doing some of the stages and then doing to workout mode for half an hour. I found it to be harder than the Mario one, but much funner, too, as there are different symbols that do different things when you stomp. The Wii version also now has you doing hand movements using the Wiimote and Nunchuck. It sure makes it harder having to coordinate feet and hands. Nintendo Wii Video Clips: Brunswick Pro Bowling

So I got motivated to do the video clips of this game today partially because I posted the screenshots yesterday and also because I want to take the chance to have my mom take it home with her this weekend so my little brother can try the game since he has been waiting since he almost bought it a few weeks ago and did not know Mom had bought it for me. Basically parting with it is not too hard, as it just is not as fun as Wii Sports bowling, although since my Wii Sports is currently sitting in my mom's apartment in another city than I am living in then it kind of was nice to have, but my mom just brought my DDR Mario so now I can at least do that when I am bored in my new apartment. Anyways below is the link to the video clip.

Nintendo Wii Screenshots: Brunswick Pro Bowling

I know I promised these screenshots several weeks ago, but I kept delaying posting them because I wanted to do the video clip first. Well, I still have not gotten around to doing a video clip of it, but I own it, so maybe I will do that sometime and post it. I love bowling, but this game was somewhat disappointing. The game just does not really work as a Wii game, as the controls are extremely awkward and not natural like in Wii Sports. This game would certainly be better off being played on other systems that do not do motion sensing as it just is not developed enough to use the Wiimote in a natural way as is most definitely capable as Wii Sports does just that with the Wiimote. Nintendo Wii Video Clips: Bust-a-Move Bash

I loved this game and below is a link to a video clip of one of the levels I played. This is pretty much what all the levels are like, except the bubbles start out in different orientations. There is also a bonus level part in which you shoot bubbles. That mode always confuses me as I cannot switch between the color I need to shoot the bubbles in a timely manner. It is not the controls, which are very clear, but rather just a user issue in my mind not trained to be able to actually do it right. Thus I did not embarrass myself by uploading the video clip of that level.

Nintendo Wii Screenshots: Bust-a-Move Bash

Bust-a-Move Bash is a bubble puzzle style game. I have always loved puzzles games and this type is among them. I will admit that the way the Wii control works for the game is a little awkward and can be kind of sensitive, however it is a great way that it uses the Wiimotes capabilities by to moving it to change the angle to shot the bubbles. This game does get a little tiresome to play for too long at one time, but it is addicting to make puzzle game lovers like me to want to come back to it again and again. Nintendo DS Video Clip: Diner Dash

While I did not like Need for Speed and did not do a video clip, I did do a video clip of Diner Dash. I just did not get it up as my next post after the screenshots from this game because I had to get my video camera battery charged before uploading to my computer. Today I got around to uploading the clip and below is the link. This really is a fun game in my opinion and most definitely so addicting I had a really hard time parting with it and mailing it back, but I did mail it back today in order to get another game to add screenshots and video clips for this blog.
