From when I got this badge back in 2011:
"Getting 30 achievement XP is not hard, but it took me forever because the game kept freezing my browser. Note that you have to visit the achievement page to get the badge. You can get to it via the Achievements link in the top right corner of the game screen."
As always if you already have the badge, just go to the game and you will be awarded the extra points.
